Rrrrrr, the story of a caterpillar at CaixaForum, La Caixa Foundation
Where do butterflies come from? From a tiny egg, almost invisible to the naked eye. First, a caterpillar hatches from this egg: a long, curious little worm with many legs and an insatiable hunger. The caterpillar eats and eats, and when it has grown enough, it stops for a moment, takes a deep breath, and begins to build a very special little house made of soft, strong silk. Days go by, and it seems like nothing is happening, but inside, the caterpillar is transforming into something wonderful. Until one day, crack! A small hole opens… And then, the magic happens: a butterfly emerges, delicate, colorful, ready to fly for the first time. Would you like to see it?
We invite you to an evocative visual spectacle in which, with the help of dance, puppets and the music of Frédéric Chopin, we will take together a poetic journey through the metamorphosis of a butterfly, accompanying a small caterpillar on its incredible adventure.
