May 1st Fair in Olot

On May 1st, Olot celebrates the city's Spring Fair again!

A holiday to enjoy spring in Olot, the various markets and cultural and leisure activities to do with the family. A multi-sector fair held every spring in the city center.

• Extraordinary clothing and accessories market in Balmes Square and adjacent streets.

This year, among buyers of a vehicle from one of the dealers present at the 42nd Automobile Market , a year of free parking in the blue zone of Olot will be raffled off.

The Spring Fair, along with the Sant Lluc Fair, are the two oldest in the city. In fact, they have a common origin when in 1315 King James II granted the inhabitants of Olot the possibility of holding a fair for 15 days in autumn, around Sant Lluc, and a return fair of the same duration in the spring.
