Sant Crist Festival in Balaguer
The city of Balaguer dresses up to celebrate the festival of its patron saint, Sant Crist, with a program of traditional and festive events.
The Sant Crist festivities, the Main Festival of Balaguer, preserve those ingredients of the traditional festivities and have, as their main characteristic, the collaboration and organization of a large number of events by the associations, groups and entities of the city, which They contribute their efforts during these festive days with the intention of making their work known.
Sports, cultural and recreational activities are the protagonists of a few days of celebration, the best known being the giant and big-headed dances, the sardana contest,... and much more!
Theatre, dance sessions and tent concerts are also present in a very diverse programme.
