Saint John in Sant Cebrià de Vallalta

Sant Cebrià de Vallalta is preparing to welcome, once again this year, the Canigó Flame, a symbol of the continuity of culture and traditions. The flame will arrive in the town from Sant Cebrià de Rosselló, stopping at the El Rial Nursery and accompanied by Las Chispas de La Infernal de la Vallalta, who will fill the streets with sparks and fire.

The procession will head to the Municipal Pavilion, where the manifesto will be read, a moment charged with symbolism and emotion. The day will then continue with the lighting of the bonfire with the Canigó Flame itself, accompanied by fire juggling performances and the burning of the last branches of St. John's Day of the year.
