Almacelles
Municipality in the northwest of Segrià that borders the province of Huesca to the west. It consists of three urban centers, Almacelles, Mas de Lleo and La Saira. Almacelles is the second most densely populated town in the region.
To get an idea of the size of the city and its modern structure, it is worth strolling down the Rambla de Almacelles, which is 1.3 kilometers long and thirty meters wide. Along the way you can see remarkable buildings, fountains and modern sculptures and sit in one of the many lively terrace bars.
Next to the Rambla is the Parque Europa, a huge open-air public space of two and a half hectares and a large lake, where a set of sculptures invites you to take a journey through the history of Europe.
