Montmaneu
Located at a crossroads, and a largely rural economy, Montmaneu preserves the cylindrical tower base of the ancient castle, already mentioned in documents from 1176. Considered of national cultural interest, this castle witnessed numerous battles to the Carlist Wars. The old town is the setting for the popular escudella which is made on Shrove Tuesday with contributions from all the neighbors, and which is distributed among the participants.
