Pontils
The town of Pontils is located on the northern side of the Pontils terminus, at the confluence of the Gaià with the Biure stream, on the right, and the Sant Magí ravine on the left.
The parish church, dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin, has a Romanesque doorway and a Gothic interior. The current dedication must have replaced the previous one of Sant Sadurní, since with this name it appears in 1168.
