Soldeu
Soldeu is a town in Andorra belonging to the parish of Canillo. It is located on the right bank of the Valira de Oriente, at its confluence with the Vall d'Incles.
In the winter months it becomes a ski town. Skiing can be practiced along the 210 km Grandvalira ski area, the largest station in the Pyrenees. It can be accessed from Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa and Porte des Neiges.
The town is at 1,841 meters above sea level and the top of the ski area is at 2,580 meters above sea level. The cable car, originating from the town, reaches 2,250 meters above sea level, where the snowboarding and skiing schools are located, as well as some restaurants. From here it is possible to ski to the top of the El Tarter cable car or to the town of El Tarter by the track called ' Gall de Bosc '.
In Soldeu there is the church of San Bartolomé de Soldeu.
