Carnival in Viladecans
Do you already know what you're going to dress up as for Carnival?
From Fat Thursday and throughout Carnival week, Viladecans is filled with festivities, with a wide variety of events organized throughout the city. This celebration is one of the most anticipated of the year, where the community comes together to enjoy a festive and colorful atmosphere.
The grand Carnival Parade returns to the streets, filling them with revelry and unbridled joy! El Esparriot, one of the most iconic characters of the festival, will once again lead the wildest march of the year. This parade is famous for the ingenuity and creativity of the floats and troupes made by the public, which bring a unique and special touch to the celebration.
The most original and fun carnival groups can be found in the Grand Carnival Parade, which will wind its way through the city streets. Every year, the residents of Viladecans eagerly prepare to show off their costumes and participate in this grand community celebration. And if you're still in the mood to dance, don't miss the After-Wedding Dance, an event that promises fun and a great atmosphere for everyone.
Viladecans, located in the Baix Llobregat region, is known for its rich history and cultural offerings. Take advantage of your visit to discover other attractions in the city, such as the Parc de la Marina, a green space ideal for family walks, or the architectural heritage found in the old town.
We're waiting for you!
