Cervera Easter Festival 2025
Holy Week is a period full of traditions!
Palms and lungs decorated with ribbons and sweets; caramelles with the basket to collect snacks; monkey with eggs and chocolate figures... Traditions that identify us as a Catalan people.
In Cervera there is also another more recent tradition that has taken root strongly and is a distinctive sign of the city: the Easter Festival of Catalan classical music.
The Festival highlights the extraordinary quality of Catalan classical music, unknown to many people.
It has been a discovery that has its origin in the persistence of several professionals from Cerverna, from its first director, and creator, Xavier Puig, to the current director, Jordi Armengol.
