Commented visit to the Voltrera Castle and the Balcón de Montserrat
The Voltrera Castle in Abrera is accessible to citizens, after the completion of the work for the structural consolidation of the castle and the Sant Pere chapel, located in the Can Vilalba neighborhood.
In addition, it has joined the project of the 7 balconies of Montserrat of the Baix Llobregat Tourism Consortium with the new Balcony of Montserrat, which has made it possible to have a balcony on the Castell esplanade.
This new infrastructure helps to revalue the space, create points of interest for residents and attract new visitors.
Everyone will have free access to the Voltrera Castle area and there you will be able to follow a historical tour through some information panels that have been planned for the visit.
In addition, through the balcony installed on the esplanade, you can enjoy privileged views of the magical mountain of Montserrat. Remember that this is complemented by a railing/viewpoint with directional elements that serve to identify the main points of interest in the area.
