Earth Hour (last Saturday in March)

29/03/2025

Earth Hour is a global initiative promoted by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) that invites people, businesses and governments to turn off lights and non-essential electronic devices for one hour. Earth Hour is celebrated on the last Saturday in March and aims to raise awareness about climate change and the need to adopt sustainable habits.

What began in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, has become an international movement with the participation of millions of people in more than 190 countries. Beyond the symbolic blackout, Earth Hour promotes concrete actions to reduce environmental impact, such as the use of renewable energy and responsible consumption.

Turning off the lights for an hour is a small gesture that represents a big commitment to the planet. Every action counts to build a more sustainable future. Are you in?
