Sant Marc Festival, Bread and Wine Fair in Sant Salvador de Guardiola

The Sant Marc Festival in Sant Salvador de Guardiola is a deeply rooted celebration dedicated to bread and wine. The blessing of the town hall, the distribution of blessed panellet, and the ancient drawing for the lamb are the pillars of an ancient tradition that is intensely celebrated in the municipality year after year.

The Bread and Wine Fair will include a market featuring local food products and wineries from the Pla de Bages DO. For the little ones, there will be the popular Carousel del Boter. The festivities will conclude with a traditional vermouth concert.

The exhibition space will also offer bar service and live traditional music with MúsX.

Program:

• 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Boter Carousel. Near the church.
• 11:00 a.m. Camelva Preview! Near the church.
• 12:00 p.m. Caramelles dance with the Colla dels Quintus. In front of the Pedró.
• 12:30 p.m. Solemn Mass, followed by the blessing of the panellet and the boundary, and the distribution of bread. At the Church of San Salvador de Guardiola and at El Pedró.
• 1:15 p.m. Traditional lamb raffle.
• 1:30 p.m. Vermouth concert with De Tu a Tu.
