Gastronomic Days of Rice from the Ebro Delta

Once again this year, the restaurants of Amposta, L'Ampolla, Deltebre and La Ràpita are promoting their star product at the Gastronomic Rice Days.

With the aim of promoting the area's cuisine and culinary diversity, restaurants will offer a series of tastings featuring this grain. These events are an excellent opportunity to discover traditional and innovative dishes that highlight rice, a fundamental ingredient in local cuisine.

Rice cultivation occupies more than 20,000 hectares of the Ebro Delta, which farmers prepare and cultivate year-round. These lands, with their unique landscape, are one of the region's greatest attractions, where nature and agricultural tradition merge to create an idyllic setting. Furthermore, the Ebro Delta is a protected area home to significant biodiversity, with a rich flora and fauna that deserves to be discovered.
