Winter Festival in Saldes

Saldes celebrates the Winter Festival, in honor of San Martín!

This year's programme offers a varied range of events that will combine popular culture, music and children's activities.

There will be a Truco Competition at the Social Club, ideal for card game fans, and a children's performance called "La Ventafocs Revoltosa i l'Autoestima d'en Jan", which will delight the little ones in the School Library. The day will be rounded off with a lively afternoon dance with live music by Jordi Bruch at the Social Club, perfect for dancing and having a good time.

During the celebration, there will also be a Mass in the Church of San Martín, followed by the traditional parade of the Giants of Saldes, who will fill the streets with life and tradition. In the Plaza Pedrafroca, there will be a Diada Bastonera, with demonstrations of stick dancing that will captivate the public.

There will also be the traditional popular paella at the Social Club, where everyone is invited to enjoy a good meal together.
