Popular Rice from Sant Martí in Saldes
Saldes celebrates the traditional Sant Martí Popular Rice Festival on Sunday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the town's social center. This event brings together residents and visitors every year to enjoy a meal of fellowship and celebration.
The menu will include appetizers, rice, dessert, coffee, bread, wine, and water, priced at €18 for adults and €12 for children ages 3 to 10. After lunch, the day will continue with a concert and dancing by Xevi Músico Hit, bringing the party to a close with great music and a lively atmosphere.
Tickets can be purchased at Queviures Marginet, Forn El Roure, Cal Tastet Butcher Shop, and the Repsol Service Station in Saldes. Places are limited to 120 people, and registration is required by November 9.
As is tradition, it is necessary to bring a plate, glass, and cutlery to promote a more sustainable and environmentally friendly celebration.
