Mercat Vell of Conesa

The board of the Mercat Vell de Conesa is organizing a new edition together with the Association of Fills i Amics de Conesa, the town council, and the many people from the town who collaborate each year.

The Mercat Vell de Conesa began in 2009 as an attempt to promote the town. Stallholders were contacted to set up sales points, and the people of Conesa were asked to open the entrances to visitors. A vintage car show in the morning and games for children in the afternoon completed the festivities.

That first year, a commemorative tile was distributed to all the stallholders and collaborators in all the stores that opened. This tile has been used in all the editions and has become a collector's item among the residents of Conesa.

Since then, it has continued to grow, both in terms of spaces used, stops, open tickets, and especially in terms of activities, exhibitions, and installations.

The Mercat Vell de Conesa has always taken great care with its image and design. All advertising has remained consistent throughout each edition. Also the entrance signage, the content and layout of the exhibits, the signage... To the point that for many, there is already an easily identifiable "Mercat Vell style," characterized by the use of recycled materials, its variety, creativity, and originality, creating new offerings every year...
