Rice and Artichoke Festival in Amposta
The Rice and Artichoke Festival is back in Amposta for another year!
The artichoke, a tasty vegetable with many possibilities in the kitchen. Rice, classified with the Protected Designation of Origin, is one of the most special products of the territory.
Amposta's gastronomy is characterised by traditional cuisine rooted in its history and the passage of time. It enjoys a perfect harmony between the flavours and aromas of the territory.
The restaurants participating in the Festival will serve dishes made with both artichoke and rice. At the same time, there will also be live music and a market of local products and crafts. From 1 pm the Popular Tasting will be served and, from 2 pm, a DJ will liven up the after-dinner entertainment for the family to enjoy.
