Chestnut Festival in Caseres
Come and enjoy the Castañada at the Casal Municipal de Caseres!
There will be chestnuts for everyone and then a show. Beyond the traditional celebrations with family and friends, the Castañada has become, in recent years, a fun and festive day, where in many towns and cities all kinds of parties are celebrated.
La Castañada is a popular festival celebrated throughout Catalonia on the eve and feast of All Saints' Day, and consists of a meal based on roasted chestnuts, cooked sweet potatoes and panellets, accompanied by sweet muscatel wine.
