Fair 'Del camp a la taula. Festa de la sega' in Castelló d'Empúries

Castelló d'Empúries presents the summer edition of the "Del Camp a Mesa. Fiesta de la Sega" fair, dedicated to the world of cereals and traditional crafts, offering a program full of activities for the whole family. There will be guided tours of the Farinera, a Tramuntana Bread competition, and a wild cooking workshop to rediscover the flavors of the region.

There will also be a roundtable discussion on current food challenges and a traditional harvesting demonstration. One of the highlights will be a talk by Jordi Morera, an internationally renowned baker. To close the day, you can enjoy a bread and cheese pairing.

This initiative, organized by the Castelló d'Empúries City Council and the Farinera Ecomuseum, has the collaboration of the Castelló d'Empúries Agricultural Cooperative and the support of the institutions of the Girona Provincial Council and the Department of Culture of the Government of Catalonia.
