San Juan Fair and shearing of sheep with scissors in Sort
The Fair of San Juan and shearing of sheep with scissors of Sort, is a Fair of artisan and agri-food products and the exhibition of the old trade of the shearer.
The shearing of sheep with scissors and a machine takes place on San Juan's day, in the Riuet park and is a way of making this ancient trade known by bringing it closer to the people. The demonstration is enlivened by traditional music through local bands or singers.
Sheep shearing together with the Craft Products Fair and other complementary activities make Saint John's Day a very attractive day for all audiences.
