Festival of Palafrugell
The Festival is coming to Palafrugell!
The cultural program will offer activities for all ages, including concerts, dances, sardanas, parades, theater, and shows. Local organizations will play a prominent role in organizing the events and will help maintain the participatory and community-oriented nature of the festival.
Popular culture will be a major highlight, featuring traditional sardana dances, a human tower competition, and a new edition of the Shepherd and Mermaid's Gathering. This event will once again bring together invited figures and groups to celebrate the town's festive heritage in a spirit of camaraderie.
Music will fill much of the evening with performances by artists, bands, and groups of various styles. The Fiesta en la Noche (Night Festival) and Rincón de la Fiesta Mayor (Main Festival Corner) areas will offer concerts and DJ sets, with a program designed especially for young audiences. The lineup will combine pop, rock, urban music, folk sounds, and cover bands, creating a diverse offering for singing and dancing well into the night.
Palafrugell's cultural venues will also join the celebration with exhibitions, guided tours, workshops, concerts, and family activities. The library, museums, foundations, and art schools will thus expand a program that will reach different locations throughout the municipality.
An open and diverse Fiesta Mayor to go out into the streets, reconnect with the neighborhood and enjoy the culture, music and traditions of Palafrugell.
Don't miss this unique Fiesta Mayor and come enjoy it with friends!
