Cervià de les Garrigues invites you to the New Oil Festival!
The New Olive Oil Festival in Cervià de les Garrigues is a celebration that highlights the richness of the town's olive groves and olive oil production. The festival usually takes place in autumn, when the olives are about to be harvested and pressed to obtain the new oil.
This annual fair, held in December, aims to showcase the new olive oil produced through tastings of PDO Les Garrigues olive oil, cava tastings, guided tours, and more. There will also be various stalls selling artisanal products.
