Living Nativity Scene of Corbera de Llobregat

Who has not heard of the Corbera Living Nativity Scene? The town is a reference during the Christmas holidays for its live representation of the birth of Jesus, in Bethlehem, and which has become intangible heritage, being one of the most important and visited in all of Catalonia. This famous nativity scene has been performed since 1962 and is one of the oldest in the country.

More than 200 actors put themselves in the shoes of the characters in each nativity scene, within the incomparable setting of the natural landscape of Penya del Corb. You will be able to walk the 700 meters of this manger and mingle with the living figures that participate, such as the angel of the annunciation, the shepherd boys, the washerwomen, the baby Jesus and the family of Nazareth, merchants and people who carry out various jobs.
