Artichoke month in Sant Boi de Llobregat
The artichoke month has arrived in Sant Boi de Llobregat! A month full of activities where the artichoke takes center stage.
A whole month full of proposals to showcase the winter flower, the star product of Sant Boi's agriculture and a symbol of the city linked to the commitment to healthy and local food, quality gastronomy and sustainable agriculture.
Also starting are the Carxotapa and the Carxomenús, a route through the restaurants of Sant Boi where you can taste tapas and menus with artichoke and participate in the raffle of a package of products from the Santboiana Agricultural Cooperative.
This March, Saturdays have a name of their own: Carxokids and Carxosound. Workshops and activities for children, vermouth and musical afternoons in Plaza de la República, with artichoke and peach beer, wines and other drinks courtesy of the Triavins collective, always with live music.
It's artichoke season. Enjoy!
