Ripollès Discovery Walking is back this year!
We present 11 itineraries to enjoy unique experiences in an incomparable setting: enjoy the sound spectacle of the deer rut, participate in an orienteering circuit suitable for everyone, discover the secrets of wildlife with a trail workshop, go on hikes in the high mountains, embark on a Camino Oliba outing, follow a trail that takes you to the origins of Catalonia, connect with the region's industrial heritage, try a via ferrata... and much more to discover!
In the heart of the Girona Pyrenees, we find the Ripollès region; the capital is Ripoll and its valleys, the Camprodon Valley and the Ribes Valley, located 100 km from Barcelona and 80 km from the Costa Brava. The Ter and Freser Headwaters Natural Park is a magnificent high mountain area in the heart of the Girona Pyrenees, covering 14,725 hectares. There are also two mountain resorts: Vall de Núria and Vallter2000.
