This festival, dedicated to one of the most emblematic dishes of Baix Penedès, brings together locals and visitors to celebrate the Xatonada. enjoy a day full of flavor and tradition.
In the morning, the square will be transformed into a space where everyone can learn how to make a good xató with a workshop open to everyone.
