El Vilosell
El Vilosell is a municipality with a varied relief, with pine and oak forests, about 3 km from the Sierra de la Llena. The population of 185 inhabitants increases in summer.
It is a town with cobbled streets and surrounded by a quite attractive landscape.
In the town there are some remains of the old castle, a Romanesque portal and a Baroque parish church, dedicated to Saint Mary. Currently it is made up of a single nave that houses the chapel of the Santísimo and the baptistery.
There is a 14th century Gothic stone cross in front of the Hermitage of San Sebastián, and the Baroque hermitage of San Miguel de la Tosca is located at a place called Les Fontetes.
