Terrades
Terrades is a municipality in the Fragas of Empordà, an area between the plain of the Alt Empordà and the buttresses of the Garrotxa. It limits the north with the people of Darnius and Boadella and Escaules them with Llers east; Vilanant with basket and south, and Cabanelles and San Lorenzo de la Muga in the west. The town is embedded in the center of a small valley between mountains that make up the northeastern part of the Sierra de la Virgen del Monte (la Peña, 484 m, Santa Magdalena, 527 m, the Avalls, 347 m), in the basin Murga of Rissec and streams, tributaries of the river Manol.
