Carnival in Prats i Sansor
The craziest day of the year is back in Prats i Sansor with the Carnival celebration!
The streets of Prats i Sansor are filled with costumes and merriment. The traditional street and Carnival dinner will be celebrated! In addition, there will be a dance entertained by the "Cafe Trio" Group and a costume contest among the participants, the winner will receive a prize.
The Carnival festival begins with the arrival of Lardero Thursday and the Carnival king, and ends on Ash Wednesday, the day of the burial of the sardine, just before the beginning of the Lent period, which was traditionally accompanied by fasting and penance..
