The archaeological pieces show a remote, rich and diverse past: Paleolithic settlements on Mount Rigau and the Roman villa of Montfullà; Iberian settlement and field of silos of Estanyol, medieval castles of Bescanó; chapels and pre-Romanesque farmhouses of Vilanna.
