Astronomical Observation at the Fogars de la Selva Museum of Pagesia
Coinciding with International Museum Day, the Fogars de la Selva Museum of Nature is organizing an astronomical observation session!
On May 17th, after dark, there will be an astronomy session to observe stars, constellations, and planets, both with a telescope and with the naked eye. You'll learn to recognize different celestial bodies and discover the mythological stories associated with them.
International Museum Day is a day dedicated to highlighting the role of museums as spaces for conservation, research, and cultural dissemination. Each year, it is celebrated with special activities that bring heritage closer to the public and invite them to rediscover these spaces from new perspectives.
