Maçanet de la Selva
The municipality of Maçanet de la Selva opens up between the Tordera valleys and the Onyar-Ter basin. Around it stand numerous hills, ancient volcanoes that have been dormant for centuries. This municipality offers us the possibility of visiting notable Romanesque churches or the remains of the medieval fortress, in addition to enjoying the wooded landscape, which we will contemplate following one of the hiking or mountain biking routes.
Maçanet station is a very important epicenter of communications, because it is the only railway hub that exists between Girona and Granollers.
